Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped. To cancel an order:
- Contact our customer support team
- Provide your order number
- State the reason for cancellation
Service Cancellation
Astrological service bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
Product Refunds
We offer refunds for products under the following conditions:
- Products received in damaged or defective condition
- Wrong product delivered
- Return request within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
Note: Customized or personalized products are not eligible for refund unless defective.
Service Refunds
Refunds for astrological services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery.
Return Process
Contact Us
Email us at returns@joytish.com or call our customer support with your order number and reason for return.
Get Return Authorization
We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping address.
Ship the Product
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Include the RAN in the package.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund amount will exclude shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
Processing Time: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days after we process your return, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Services already delivered or completed
